Hirsig-Frazier Company was incorporated in St. Louis, MO, by Al Hirsig and Walter Frazier


1932
Hirsig-Frazier Co moved and was then incorporated in Dallas, TX


1932
Al Hirsig moved to Florida and opened a division of the Hirsig Company


1935
Harley Willey Sr. bought out Al’s Hirsig’s interest in the Company, making Harley and Walter Frazier owners


1937
Skinny Gilchrist and Bob Givins were brought into Hirsig-Frazier as owners


1968
Harley Willey Sr was killed in a plane crash, and Skinny Gilchrist died of cancer


1968
Bill Frazier, Harley Willey Jr, and Joe Willey were brought in as owners


1980
Walter Frazier and Bob Givins retired


1980
Mike Beckelman Sr, “Uncle Mike,” was brought in as an owner

The Company purchased Harvey-Baird & Associates, forming Engine Rebuilding Division

Ben Rawls and Wally Lyssy were brought into Hirsig-Frazier as partners
