1929 The Hirsig-Frazier Company was incorporated in St. Louis, MO by Al
Hirsig and Walter Frazier
1932 The Hirsig-Frazier Company moved then incorporated in Dallas, TX
1932 Al Hirsig moved to Florida and opened a division of The Hirsig Company
1935 Harley Willey Sr. bought out Al’s Hirsig’s interest in the Company making Harley and Walter Frazier owners
1937 Skinny Gilchrist and Bob Givins were brought into Hirsig-Frazier as owners
1968 Harley Willey Sr. was killed in a plane crash and Skinny Gilchrist died of cancer
1968 Bill Frazier, Harley Willey Jr., and Joe Willey were brought in as owners
1980 Walter Frazier and Bob Givins retired
1980 Mike Beckelman “Uncle Mike” was brought in as an owner
1985 The Company purchased Harvey-Baird & Associates forming Engine Rebuilding Division
1992 Ben Rawls and Wally Lyssy were brought into Hirsig-Frazier as partners
1993 Bill Frazier retired
1993 Purchased Heavy Duty Marketing launching a heavy duty division
1994 Harley Willey Jr. retired
1995 Joe Willey retired
1996 Moved into the MINK states
1998 Bought Don Odem Sales
1999 Mike Beckelman Sr. retired
1999 Michael Beckelman “MJ” and Stephen Grace were brought in as owners
2011 Steve Dresser was brought in as an owner
2011 Wally Lyssy retired
2014 Purchased Strategic Marketing
2019 Ben Rawls formally retired
